How to use this site:
To add yourself to a sport, click on the sport on the main page. Enter your name and email and click submit. You have to have a valid email, or captains will be unable to contact you. Your email will not be posted online. When you are contacted, follow the instructions in the email to confirm or reject the offer and automatically remove yourself from the list.
Captains: To select free agents, click on the "Add a free agent to your team link." Enter your contact information, and click on the box next to the free agents you want to contact. Type a message to them explaining who you are and who your team is. This will send an email to you and the free agent.
You can also find a team two other ways:
1. Attend the Captain's Meeting for the sport you are interested in
participating in. At the conclusion of the meeting we will ask all captains
that are in need of Free Agents to raise their hands and we'll ask all Free
Agents that are available to participate in that team's time slot to stand
up and viola, a match made. Captain's Meeting information is listed online

2. Simply head out to the fields/courts during the timeslot (listed online)
that you are interested in participating in. Sometimes as team members are
checking in for their games with the IM Supervisor on duty, free agents get
picked up quick and easily through casual conversation.
